Some Of Our Customers Frequently Asked Questions
Ordered gift items are usually despatched within 3 to 5 working days.
Most deliveries require someone to be present to accept and sign the delivery. This is to ensure the goods are delivered and received correctly.
If you can't be there to sign for the delivery and your order qualifies, you may be able to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process for our drivers to leave the item(s) with a neighbor or in some other safe place.
Otherwise, you can specify a different delivery address and have your order delivered to your workplace, friend's house etc.
Some products maybe dispatched in multiple parcels. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.
Postage & Packaging
Postage and Packaging is based on weight and the destination your parcel is been delievered to.
This is calculated on an individual basis at checkout.
Please note, P&P charges apply to the majority of purchases, but there may be exceptions, such as for heavier items or more expensive items where higher P&P charges apply.
Readings & Healings
Readings are delivered directly to the email you provide at checkout. Please check your spam folders.
We have an average delivery of 5 working days. (Our working hours are Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm)
At busy periods this maybe longer and we ask for you patience.
Healings are sent at 9pm on the evening you order, no matter where you are in the world.
