I grew up in an Irish family.
My grandmother Elizabeth, would tuck me into bed at night and encourage me to say the As I lay me down to sleep prayer. A common tradition in Ireland, designed to help safeguard you in your sleep and bring Angels to your side.
I firmly believe in the power of prayer.
And the power of Angels.
Each night as I go to bed I thank the Angels for all I have encountered in my day.
