Our Five Top Tips To Living A More Spiritually Aligned Life Are

Spend time in nature - connect with the sights, sounds smells and scents around you, regularly. Nature is therapeutic and just like your soul or spirit, it is ever-changing. Learning to adapt to different seasons through nature can aid you in becoming more adaptable in your daily life. Create time in your diary at least once weekly to hit your local woods, lakes, beaches etc. for much-needed earthing.

Journalling - is a powerful way to really learn to listen to your own soul's needs and deeper wisdom. You could start with the above questions and let your thoughts and inspiration expand from there.

Volunteer - giving back is a great way of distracting yourself from over activeness of perhaps your own worries. It's also an eye-opener and calls you to pay attention to the world around you.

Set intentions - Create clear mind math for success by setting intentions and commitments with yourself, others, and the universe about what you wish to achieve. Think short-term for a while and when you master consistency through active actions, then expand it to long terms intentions. It might be a simple thing like clearing out your spare bedroom.

Meditate - Of course it can be very calming but it's not an easy task for everyone. Sometimes listening to Zen music can help you learn to relax more and go within, or perhaps Tai Chi or Yoga might be something that could help you spiritually and physically feel good at the same time.

Take yourself on a date - Ya why not head of to the movies, or have a lounge about at your favorite diner. Spending time with you can be very refreshing and it opens you up to new experiences.
