Email Readings

Email readings have a no refund policy due to the time used to create them. Once they are sent to you we classify that as your order completed. Please ensure you check your spam folders especially if your order seems to be taking longer. We retain in confidence a copy of your reading for up to 6 months, should you need to request it again. 

We offer a free backup email if for any reason our reader does not answer the question or area of your life you were looking for guidance with. Please do reach out to us via email at admin@whereangelswhisper.ie if you require further clarification. Remember we cannot by law answer questions around health or legal matters. Email readings are not designed for connections to your loved ones.  

If for any reason we are responsible for a delay of over 5 working days with your reading, you will receive a FREE One Question Reading to use within a time frame of two months from the point of confirmed delay. 

Remember all readings are by law deemed for entertainment purposes and you take full responsibility for your well-being when you proceed to purchase a reading from us. Please read more about our reading policies here.

Private Appointments In Person and Online

In-person Readings - Currently Not Available

A non-refundable booking fee of €20.00 is required to secure your appointment. This can be paid for safely over the phone or online at the point of booking. 

Should you not be able to attend your appointment you're required to give 48 hours cancellation notice. 

You may reschedule your appointment by using your booking fee to hold a future agreed date and time. 

If you do not give the 48 hours notice you will forfeit your booking fee unless it's exceptional circumstances, We treat each case on an individual basis. We are making allowances right now for Covid Restrictions. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you're not feeling well or have any concerns. 

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee and you will have to pay the full fee in advance, should you rebook again. 

Online Readings 

To secure your online appointment your full fee must be paid on the day of inquiry about an appointment,  in order to secure it. We work on a first come first served policy.

In certain situations, we may grant you the opportunity to purchase items in our store to of set your balance.

Classes & Events

Classes & Events online hold a 7-day cancellation policy. Meaning, to receive a full refund you must give at least 7 days cancellation notice. You can do this by sending an email to admin@whereangelswhisper.ie. No refunds are permitted if you pass the 7-day cancellation. No refunds are permitted if you do not attend the class or event or if you are having technical issues. We recommend you familiarise yourself with the Zoom Platform and understand how to use your microphone and webcam prior to classes & events. No admission occurs to class after the allocated start time. You may of course arrive early to help you settle in..

Refunds On Personalized Items

With Personalized items, it is your responsibility to check for any spelling or punctuation errors before committing to order. We will not accept returns based on any of these types of issues.  

We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in the post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at sales@whereangelswhisper.biz as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 48 working hours approximately. If it's an Urgent Matter please mark it as Urgent in your email. *If a photo is not included we may ask you to provide photographic evidence before processing your claim. Due to the nature of the products we offer all items which are personalized are non-refundable.

How long does my refund take? 

Your refund can take up to 2 weeks to be actioned. Once the refund has been actioned it can take 2-5 working days to appear in your bank account as a credit. 

Multiple refund requests 

If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email, or over the telephone. 

**You are not entitled to a cooling period under the Distant Selling Regulations for any item that is personalized or made to order.
