Remember you always have a choice when change is occurring.

You can label it as bad and cause yourself further suffering and pain or you can see it as an opportunity for new aspects of your life to unfold.

There is never just one way to do things and you are never trapped or penned in by the universe. There are always two paths, two choices or two solutions available to you. 

These paths can be seen as positive or negative and you hold the responsibility in which path you choose and how you choose to see it. Remember its all learning.
