When you choose to speak honestly and directly, sharing everything you wish to share, you might feel it does not really matter what response you get. You have given from the space within you that knows your own awareness to be right for you. However in an evolved relationship, love is open to holding space, even if the response is not always what you wish to hear.

Remember sometimes when we share our truth from a limited place within us, ie that is, not having all the facts, or being one sided, we may not allow ourselves the opportunity to really see things from other people's perspective. 

When sharing your truth, identify why you need to share, establish your needs, express those needs gently, so you don't end up with unresolved resentment in your spirit. Sometimes clear communication requires clear understanding of yourself before you speak. Remember in an evolved relationship the other person will be responding from their place of evolution to. Its their right, even if you disagree. 

Rushing words can damage important relationships and no one emerges feeling that things where expressed correctly and kindly. 

Every friendship, relationship creates a space for you to be authentically you. But its the same for the others involved, they hold the same right. When you enter any kind of relationship from a mature, loving space, you are always ready to think about the other persons feelings and experiences to. You know the importance of them in your life and although you never compromise your own presence, your prepared to bend a little in order to see the others point of view. There should never be any need to be right or wrong, or trying to even demean them or discredit them for feeling as they do. Validation is the key to successful communication. 

The fascinating thing is, trees grow strong from having well earthed roots and branches that sway and dance in time to the environment its in. Those branches adjust to the movement of the branch beside them.  No two branches are the same, but when a gentle wind blows, they move in the same direction. They loose their leaves, they renew and they continue to shelter all the lower branches below them. 

Not everything in physical form lasts forever, but words can last a lifetime and its so important that our words are honest, but above all kind.
