There is a time for the living and where you may be struggling to really live and find happiness in life, your guided to surrender any concerns you may have around your happiness. Exercise is important to you right now and your guided to follow this calling in what ever form it shows up for you.

Take the easier path this week and try and not to let things get on top of you or outside influences distract you from your path. Balance is the key to happiness.
